Grapevine Communications produces custom newsletters, which means our pricing is also customized. Since we offer a wide-variety of services to choose from our pricing varies.

Our services include:

Start up services: Company/industry review, reader survey, establish content and develop recurring columns, formulate publication name, design nameplate and establish page layout.

Project management: Schedule production, determine and coordinate Contributors, send Contributor memos and make follow up calls/e-mails, manage and gather story information-photos-artwork, route and obtain copy and art approval, proof copy and art files.

Editorial: Formulate editorial outlines, develop content, conduct internet research and phone interviews, write, edit and proof copy.

Translation: Available upon request Design/production: Layout/design of newsletter, high resolution image scans/digital photo conversion, proofing and revisions.

E-mail distribution and campaign tracking: HTML pushout and campaign tracking, list merging, duplicate member management, automated member management (member edit, unsubscribe, subscribe), e-mail forwarding, date selected graphic reports and statistics for campaigns including bounces (hard and soft), total opens, unique opens and clickthroughs.

Print distribution and bindery: Color proof, printer's proof, press check, printing and bindery Mail fulfillment: Load/import/convert data, CASS/PAVE for lowest postage, direct impression address, sort/tie/tray/strap/sack and deliver to the post office.
